Your unit does, entirely. We pilot the software, not the content. A nightly export runs so the database indexes your library but never imprisons it. You can leave with everything at any time.
No. The core is retrieval over your unit's own corpus. An optional summary feature is off by default, locked to citations from your documents, and always degrades to plain retrieval. We will not put an unsourced generator between a clinician and a guideline.
Invitation only, with a password and mandatory two-factor authentication. Each unit runs its own instance; content is never pooled between units.
They stay findable by metadata. Of 2,425 imported documents, 2,272 became full-text searchable: 2,197 by native extraction and 75 through OCR. The remaining 153 are legacy formats, images and video, catalogued and findable but not searchable inside.
